Through a combination of calisthenics, weightlifting, martial arts, yoga, and various other forms of fitness, I will find exactly what works for you.
How many days a week should I be training? How long should each training session be? That depends on you! Do you only have 30 minutes twice a week? That’s okay! I’ll work with whatever time you have. When it comes to fitness, all you have to do is take the first step.
